Pricing and Payments

Limitation of Liability

PAAWSH shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
