DELIVERY, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At PAAWSH, we strive to offer reliable and high-quality services. Please review our updated cancellation and refund policy below:

General Refund Policy  

  • All purchases and bookings made on PAAWSH are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in specific service terms below.

  • Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, last-minute cancellations, or dissatisfaction due to reasons beyond our control.

  • We reserve the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.

  • Any exceptions or approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days to the original mode of payment.


Grooming Appointments & Consultations  

  • Cancellations are allowed up to 6 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment time or for no-shows.


Pet Travel & Relocation Services  

  • No refunds will be issued for cancelled or missed bookings once the service is confirmed.

  • Due to the nature of logistics and third-party coordination, these services are considered final and non-refundable upon confirmation.


Subscription Packages

  • Subscription plans (3-month / 6-month / 12-month) are non-refundable after the first service has been used.

  • If cancelled before any service is availed, a partial refund may be processed after deducting processing and administrative fees.


Delivery Timelines

  • Product Orders: Physical products (if applicable) are Delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of confirmation.

  • Service Appointments: Grooming, veterinary visits, and wellness services are delivered according to the scheduled slot selected via our mobile app or website.

  • Pet Travel & Relocation: Timelines for travel and relocation services vary based on destination, documentation, and coordination. Estimated timelines will be shared during the booking process.


Delivery Charges  

  • Free delivery may be applicable on selected items or for orders above a specified value.

  • Any applicable delivery or delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Delays or Unavailability  

In rare instances, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic disruptions
  • Pet unavailability or readiness

In such cases, we will notify you in advance. Depending on the situation, we may offer to reschedule the service. Refunds will be considered only if applicable under our general policy.


Serviceable Areas  

Our services (such as grooming, in-home vet visits, and relocation support) are available only in specific operational zones. Please verify availability on our website or app before booking.
